A REMEDY TO COMBAT STRESS!

    We, chess players ,either professionals or non professionals, play chess for some reason.Some play chess for pleasure, some for fame, some for money, some for professionalism and some for some reason and so on. But only a few noticed that it's a remedy to combat stress.Today everybody has to face daily troubles and stressful conditions because of the rapidly increasing world population as well as the technology in every field.

While playing chess, all physical activities and movements are decreased compared to other activities.We imagine, we think, we solve the problems,we decide , we plan and we sacrifice and so on during the play. All are some forms of mental works.Our mind is like a sword. If an iron sword is not in use for for a long period, it will be damaged and not sharp. But it's no doubt that  a sword which is daily used will be sharp. For a sword, regular sharpening and proper maintainance is necessary. For humanbeings, mental exercises are required for mental health.Mental health is as much important  as physical and social health.Playing chess is a form of mental practice,like meditation.We can purify our mind and upgrade our soul by playing chess.It's not an overestimation of benefits of playing chess but a reality.

Chess is like a magic box. We can not only upgrade our soul but also abstain from ill conducts during playing chess. The deeper we think, the broader we can expand our mental power.We can become strong persons who are mentally and psychologically sound.

Let's play chess  for our health,ie, physical,mental and social. It's a remedy to combat stress!
