You forgot to mention at what altitude and what airspeed of the dog-fighters that you desire knowledge. The FY-22 will attack you, as a fighter, and you won\'t even see it, so you can\'t dog fight that aircraft. He will get you every time with weapons that I barely know about, and you will never see it coming at you--until it\'s too late. At high speeds, there is noone who can beat an F-16. He can turn 9G\'s to a bad guy\'s six and ruin his day. Fly by wire. It\'s the only way to go. At a lower altitude, and lower speed, the F-15 Eagle and F-18 Hornet will get you every time. With the twin engines for thurst, they excell at what they do. They also bring alot of muscle toward ground targets. Thats one of the reasons you wouldn\'t want to mess with them, as they are already in their proper altitude and air space for their mission.-

What better fighter of the Second World War? (Me Bf109, P-51 Mustang, Spitfire, Mitsubishi Zero, P-47 Thunderbolt; Me 262; Hawker Hurricane) Although the Spitfires and Messerschmitt have been the most spoken and understood, for me the best fighters of the season were the P-47 and P-51.-

It will be better ti divide aircrafts into generation categories for comparing f-22 to the 70s F-16 is somewhat ridiculous (even in high speeds). And mr. Carlos, one can never use the phrase \"will get you every time\" when comparing fighter jets.-

Oh and i think it\'s been a decade since FY-22 lost its \"Y\" :)-
