Players who timeout more than 10% of their games should be removed from the site.

thats not fair at all, what if they had to leave, or washroom break or something else. i mean it might not be there fault ALL the time. so no.

Very good idea.I propose: 5 timeouts - 1 month suspension 10 timeouts - 3 month suspensi 15 tieouts - removal from the site, even if the chessplayer is a member (without any refund)

Do you mean people who stop moving when they are behind? Or people who can't move fast enough for the time control?

So when you attend to a tournament with say 7 players here the first time you play cc on this site and you time out on 1 game your getting permanently banned from the site?!

Should a player remove from the site because of he have more then 10% time out? The reson is not valid.May be he have some emergency or he is to busy by his profesional needs .

Agree Itis especially irritating when opponents use the weapon of so called vacation to postpone their loss where they entered into clearly lost game position but don't want to resign in gentleman way, being afraid to loose rating points

When I first started 4 games timed out before the second move! That not right! Coquistador198 (post# 2)has a good Proposal. There should be some kind of punishment. I put those 4 on my ignore list, not that helps the next guy getting stuck with them.
