Player: Chile  Ferdyrojo Subject: The laws of Chess are not performed by programmes

2006-01-31 05:48:22
An uncontrolled chess programme can make a loop, i.e, an endless sequence of moves, thus violating the laws of Chess. This is a case in point with the game "Ferdyrojo vs pelle", Phantom tournament. There is a heavy suspicion of a programme playing the game, according to pelle's own statement. See pelle's profile. Whichever the case may be, the laws of Chess re a draw by repetition of moves are not performed.
