David Bronstein(W) Vs Viktor Korchnoi(B) Moscow Zonal Tournament 1964 Queens Gambit Accepted game. White to move. Black has succeeded in summoning practically all of his pieces to defend the king. Although white has his queen, both rooks, bishop & knight placed for final assault, and a no. of sacrificial combinations seem to force the win,the situation is very complicated. If u had to make the decision, wht wud be ur move?-

Just giving it 60 seconds of thought...Does Nf5+give white a way in. If the king moves, Nh6 attacks f7 once more and keeps the h7 pawn away from white\'s queen. If the bishop takes the knight instead, the f7 pawn loses a defender...oh, wait, I forgot about the rook on a7. I will have to come back to this when I have more time.-

Bit of a disadvantage because as the game reached this position both players would know how it was balanced, ie.I take this and you take that etc. Black can play kn d7 so I would play R(f6)f4 with a view to getting it to h4-

but h4 is already occupied-
