Pranav Anand (frequently listed in FIDE records as Anand Pranav) is an Indian chess Grandmaster (GM) representing the All India Chess Federation. Born on November 3, 2006, in Tiruchirappalli, India, he emerged as a prominent youth prodigy, eventually winning the World Under-16 Championship in 2022. He officially secured his Grandmaster title in September 2022 at the age of 15 after crossing the required 2500 live Elo threshold.
