Zaven Andriasian (born March 11, 1989) is an Armenian chess Grandmaster (GM) and FIDE Senior Trainer (FST). Born in Yerevan, Andriasian represents the Armenian chess federation (ARM). He earned his International Master (IM) title in 2005 and became a Grandmaster in 2006. His career-high classical FIDE rating is 2645, achieved in March 2011. A former World Junior Champion and Armenian National Champion, Andriasian is highly recognized as a competitive tournament player, an opening theorist, a prominent chess author, and an elite trainer. He serves as the head coach of the Armenian women's national chess team.

Zaven Andriasian established himself as one of Armenia's most promising junior chess talents in the late 1990s, participating in the European Youth Chess Championship (Under-10 division) in 1998.

His international breakthrough came in 2005 when he won the European Youth Chess Championship for Under-16 in Herceg Novi, a performance that secured his International Master (IM) title.
