Andrey Stukopin (born June 2, 1994) is a Russian chess grandmaster (GM) who is registered with the Russian chess federation (FIDE ID: 24107131). He earned the FIDE Master (FM) title in 2006, followed by the International Master (IM) title in 2009, and was officially awarded the Grandmaster title in 2014. Stukopin reached a career-high classical FIDE rating of 2600. A highly competitive tournament professional, he is particularly renowned for his active involvement in the United States collegiate chess scene as a star player and trainer, notably representing the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) during their national championship runs.

Andrey Stukopin was born in Oblivskaya, Rostov Oblast, Russia, and grew up in Rostov-on-Don. He began showing promising talent at an early age, prompting his move to Moscow at age 13 to attend a specialized boarding school. Stukopin rapidly rose through the Russian youth ranks, earning his FM title in 2006 and his IM title in 2009. He achieved a series of notable junior results, including finishing third at the "Young Stars of the World" tournament in Kirishi in 2009.

Stukopin earned his first GM norm at the 2012 Aeroflot Open (B section) in Moscow, scoring 6/9 and finishing in a tie for second place. He secured his final GM requirements in late 2013, including a strong performance at the 2013 Groningen Chess Festival where he achieved a GM norm with a performance rating of 2626. Following his graduation, Stukopin shifted his focus toward professional chess coaching, co-founding and teaching at the Austin Grandmaster Chess Academy in Texas.
