Lê Tuấn Minh (known internationally as Tuan Minh Le) is an elite Vietnamese chess Grandmaster born on October 21, 1996. Representing the Vietnamese Chess Federation (VIE), he achieved the FIDE Master (FM) title in 2010, the International Master (IM) title in 2015, and officially earned the Grandmaster (GM) title in 2022. He reached a career-high classical FIDE rating of 2598 in October 2024. Minh is widely recognized as a highly formidable over-the-board tournament competitor, an individual bronze medalist at the 2024 FIDE Chess Olympiad, and one of the world's premier online speed chess specialists, frequently dominating blitz and bullet leaderboards under his online handle "wonderfultime".

Lê Tuấn Minh grew up in Hanoi, Vietnam, and began playing chess at the age of eight at the 10-10 Sports School. He quickly established himself as a prodigy in the regional youth circuit, earning his FIDE Master title in 2010 after sharing first place in the Under-14 category at the 11th ASEAN+ Age Group Chess Championship.
Minh's rise to national prominence was highlighted by his sensational victory at the 2015 Vietnamese National Chess Championship. This performance coincided with him earning the International Master title in September 2015.

In October 2020, Minh won his second Vietnamese Chess Championship with an undefeated score of 7/8.
