Our new Play Against the Computer feature is now live, powered by Stockfish. Whether you are looking to practice a specific opening, sharpen your endgame technique, or simply enjoy a match without the wait for a human opponent, you can now challenge the engine at various difficulty levels. Head over to the play section to start your first game and see how you stack up against the best in class.

We are excited to announce that new Round-Robin Tournaments have officially been released on ChessHere! This feature is currently in its initial release phase. Please try it and let's know of any feedback/improvements/suggestions you have!

Customize your playing experience to fit your screen perfectly. You can now manually resize the chess board—just click and drag the resize handle located in the lower-right corner of the board.

Real-time interaction is here! You can now chat with your opponent directly within the game interface. Use the new chat window to offer a "Good Game" or discuss the current position as the action unfolds.

Communicate directly with your friends. We’ve added a full private messaging system (Inbox) so you can coordinate games, discuss strategies, or just catch up with the community off the board.

Life happens, and now your games don't have to suffer. We’ve implemented a tiered vacation system to protect your clocks when you're away. - Free Members: 12 Days per year. - Silver Members: 30 Days per year (includes Auto-Timeout Protection). - Gold Members: 90 Days per year (includes Auto-Timeout Protection). You can toggle your status and check your remaining balance in your Settings.
