Hi Hot_Tracy. I just replied to your email! Try a hard refresh on browswer and let us know which browser you are using, so I can have the programmers look into it further if a hard refresh didn't work. We have tested Mac systems, Firefox, and Chrome so far. thanks! | |||

The programmers are aware of the Move and Reset button not working on some browsers. Please report which browser you are using if the hard reset didn't fix the issue for you. See instructions for hard reset above. | |||

Safari Users.. Here is a way to clear cache if you are having issues with game play: For Safari need to clear cache From menu click safari >> preference >> Advanced and enable "Develop" menu Then From Develop Menu >> Empty cache | |||

I am able to view other profiles and see finished games, so please email me your browswer/device info at support@chesshere.com so we can try to duplicate the issue on what you are using. Also, be sure you have completed a HARD reset on your browser and if using Sarari, also enable "Develop" option and click on "Empty Cache". That should do the trick.. if not, email me the details above! We'll get it !! | |||

UPDATE Wednesday, March 13th: For Windows users, a hard refresh seems to be working for most, and for those who still have issues after HARD reset of browser, ALSO clearing the Cache gets it to work! SAFARI and/or Mac users DO need to go one step further after HARD browser reset and Enable "Develop" option and click on "Empty Cache". If you have performed a HARD reset on your browsers and cleared your cache and things are still not working for you, please use the contact form on this website OR email me directly at support@chesshere.com with your device information and your issues. 99.99% of the players are seeing it work once they clear cache and do a HARD reset of their browser. Read the comments above on how to do those. It does work, but if you have a specific issue on your devices, we need that information to look further into it. thanks!! | |||

We have been getting feedback through emails and the contact form that 99% of the players are successful with the HARD refresh and clearning cache! yay!! For those who it's still not working, please send specific details of the devices/computers you are using so we can now get the 1% working, too! Please clean up the player lists by removing those who've been absent for at least 90 days. Also please make sure players are not allowed to exceed their active game allowance. Thank you very much. | |||

Thanks for that information, abbyknot! That has not ever happeened to me on my browser. I clear my cache and cookies regularly to keep my computer clean of the "gunk" that builds up. But for those that what you are describing does happen, this information will be helpful to them! Thank you again for providing it !! | |||
